They’re pretty big, but “unrealistic” is not what I think when I see ‘em. I think more like, “Man, how does she manage to do all that physically active stuff without a heavy-duty sports bra to stop ‘em from flopping around all the time?” It can get really painful and distracting. A big-chested girl needs to wear proper support if she’s going to go and beat up on the bad guys, or she’ll be in for major back problems later on.
Super strength + invulnerability = what back problems?
I’m so sick of people saying this! Just because a girl has big boobs does not mean she’ll have back problems. I wear a 36G and have never had any back pain. Why? Because I exercise and lift weights 4-5 times a week to keep my back strong! Ladies with weak backs have no one to blame but themselves.

Having a large bust doesn’t guarantee back problems, but it can contribute. Just like being overweight doesn’t guarantee diabetes.

To be fair that whole thing started because the artist gradually made them bigger and bigger over time to see how long before
a) anyone noticed and
b) someone from the company gave him trouble for it.
It took a surprisingly long time.
From the PoV of a fitness nerd, there’s no way she could have that much definition in her legs and still have breasts that freaking huge unless literally all of her bodyfat was concentrated up there. And if they were implants, the aforementioned crazy low bodyfat would let you see the outlines very clearly.
So, yes, Powergirl; your breasts are, indeed, where my suspension of disbelief runs into a wall.
You are wrong about your basic assumptions about breasts’ composition.

The number and size of those glands very from women to women, as does the amount of and thickness of connective tissue.
Therefore even a women with a relatively low body fat content can have large breasts.
Just as obese women can have small breasts.

It’s not that they are unrealistic… everything about you is unrealistic (which is good for a fictionnal character), but these are your most interesting trait, so they attract all the comments (I mean really, who cares about flying, super-strength and all that, we already have hundreds of other heroes who can do it…)
